Coroplast

That size is usually special order, in quantities that typically involve clubs getting together and splitting up an order You might be able to beg/buy a single sheet from a club if it's just for individual purposes .

Otherwise, sign shops carry 4x8 sheets. A couple of those and some duct tape will get you there.

Don't know about the 72" x 72" size. The shipping would kill you on that size.

I have only been able to find this in 4' x 8' sheets, I have a 4' x 4' target frame built and the coroplast is a bit flimsy. I asked about using a thicker gauge but was advised against that as it may transfer the vibration.

Screw the corrplast over 1/2 inch asphalt sheathing. What I do anyway.
Still have size issue, sheathing comes in 4x8

Our club bought some 72x72, but that was around 20 years ago.
I’m building a single e-target, I went to HD, and bought a couple 4x8’s.
Any opinions on the best adhesive for paper-to-cloroplast?

Got to imagine it's pretty pricy at those dimensions. Being 20$ for 48x96. May be cheaper to do 96x96 and use a connector that both 48x96 pieces slide into for ajoining both sheets.

Hi Doug,

We have been using the 3M spray adhesive you can get at Lowes (3M 90).
Spray it on the paper, then place on the plastic -let it dry indoors for a day or so before you put it in the sun.
Works well for patching with homemade repair centers too.

Hope this helps,

Frank

Use the tar board and forget the choroplast unless you have a good spot to get it. I like the aluminum foil backed foam board myself. Spray paint the foam side black and your impacts show up like on steel then touch em up. Targets will staple straight to it and if you miss its easy to get back on paper
