What is the cancellation policy?

Cancellation Policy: All cancellations prior to December 1st, 2018 will receive a $125.00 refund. Cancellations on or between December 1st, 2018 and December 31st, 2018 will receive a $75.00 refund. Cancellations on or between January 1st, 2019 and January 31st, 2019 will receive a $50 refund. Cancellations after February 1st, 2019 will not receive a refund. Cancellations due to unforeseen circumstances will be reviewed by match staff to determine adherence to the Cancellation Policy.

All Cancellations must be made through email at southwestnationals@gmail.com. Anyone attempting to "transfer" a spot to another shooter will not be allowed to shoot the match and will not receive a refund. Additionally the person who the spot is attempted to transfer to will not be allowed to shoot the match, and will be removed from the waiting list (if on the waiting list). All parties involved in said transfer of a spot may be prohibited from competing in any future Southwest Nationals.

Pretty sure that you sign up for team matches at the range.

Yes, Filled up in 14 minutes. Practiscore Sucks!! The web site went down 2 times with 404 errors. We had 4 folks trying to entry and got 2 signed up and 2 waited listed.
