2019 Southwest Nationals

I received an email saying I was 28th on the wait list....I'll be there for team regardless if I get in the grand agg or not....I don't mind being cheap labor for a few days...I'm sure Matt and Michelle could use the extra harassment...I mean help.

The following is an email that was sent to all that have registered for the Southwest Nationals Grand Aggregate.
Hello,
Currently there is approximately 150 people on the waiting list for the Southwest National's Grand Aggregate. Many of those on the waiting list would need ample time to plan to attend the match. Therefore, in order to encourage those that can't make the match, but have yet to cancel, full refunds will be given to those that cancel on or before November 16th. After November 16th the Cancellation Policy will be adhered to. Please see the Cancellation Policy below.
Additionally pre-registration is required to shoot the match. Walk-ons the morning of the match will not be permitted to shoot the match. When spots becomes available due to a cancellation the next person will be contacted on the waiting list up until the night before the match (Wednesday February 14, 2019). It is important that all contact information for those on the waiting list to be correct and up to date so we can contact you.
If you cannot attend the match please let us know as soon as possible, up until the match (Even if it is a last minute emergency) so we can fill your spot. You can do so by emailing southwestnationals@gmail.com or contacting Matt Schwartzkopf.

Cancellation Policy: All cancellations prior to December 1st, 2018 will receive a $125.00 refund. Cancellations on or between December 1st, 2018 and December 31st, 2018 will receive a $75.00 refund. Cancellations on or between January 1st, 2019 and January 31st, 2019 will receive a $50 refund. Cancellations after February 1st, 2019 will not receive a refund. Cancellations due to unforeseen circumstances will be reviewed by match staff to determine adherence to the Cancellation Policy. All Cancellations must be made through email at southwestnationals@gmail.com. Anyone attempting to "transfer" a spot to another shooter will not be allowed to shoot the match and will not receive a refund. Additionally all parties involved in the “transfer” of a spot will not be allowed to shoot the match, will be removed from the waiting list (if on the waiting list), and may be prohibited from competing in any future Southwest Nationals.

I was just informed that I made it onto this years SWN roster I was sitting in 23 place on the waitlist... Matt if you see this post.... thank you. Bill
Your welcome. As soon as I receive a cancellation I immediately inform the next person in line so that there is no delay in the process and so the shooter can begin to make travel plans.

This is to remind all shooters that starting on January 1, 2019 the amount that will be refunded to those that cancel their spot in the Southwest Nationals Grand Aggregate will be reduced to $50. This is for the Grand Aggregate Only, the 600 Yard Match will continue to receive a full refund.
With the event getting close some on the waiting list may not have ample time to plan their trip to the match should they get in. Therefore we encourage those that won't be able to attend the match cancel as soon as possible.
