Changing charge weight on FX120i

Is shutting off the scale, turning back on, zeroing pan, adding the correct charge you want and hitting print the only way to change the weight?

I am working on a ladder and after getting 3 rounds loaded at 45.3, I manually trickled up to 45.5 and hit print. The scale stopped at 45.3 again. Did the shut off routine mentioned above and it would dispense 45.5 grains.

What i do is get your lowest weight and hit print and load those. Then leave it there and just turn your trickler by hand to do your other charges. It goes real well and the trickler is very easy to be precise.

Rick

Hit mode. That is basically the stop button. Then hitting print again should recognize and save the new weight. It should blink twice to show its recognized the new weight.

It doesn't blink twice when hitting print and didn't work.

Are yiiu talking about with an autothrow and or autotrickler? Matt

No throw, but trickler, yes.

Too slow when doing a large spread of weights. But, that is how I get up to the next weight I want to measure.

The only way I can get the print button to cause the screen to blink twice is by shutting it off and restarting. The mode/stop button doesn't do anything while it is dispensing either. Only pulling the tray off will get it to stop.

Post #2 is correct. Say you are putting together 3 ladders. turn on the scale, charge to you starting load, push PRINT, you can then charge your other two cases. Return the pan to the scale and charge to the same weight, now push MODE and manually trickle up to your second weight and push PRINT. Once you get the hang of it, it goes pretty quick. If you haven't already done it, place a red sticker by the MODE button and a green sticker by the PRINT button.

It’s because you hit it and the weight shifted. If it isn’t stable it won’t recignize it. Press print again without wobbling it and you will see the light blink. If not redo the programming via the instructions on the autotrickler website
