Joypod attachment

Good afternoon,

I recently picked up a used joypod for my kids F-TR rifle. The rifle has an anschutz rail on it and the joypod needs a picatinny rail to attach to.

Is there a perfered/recommended adaptor that you guys use?

Also is there a perfered spot to put the bipod on, like close to the end of the stock, a couple of inches in like a harris, what works best. My Kids are 12 and have fairly long arms so reaching the joystick won't be a problem

Thanks

Adam

The attachment for my joypod works on both types of rails... You need to twist the bottom piece of the attachment to fit in which rail that you have on the rifle.

For the position of the bipod on the rifle... You want to find the spot were your rifle has the best balance.

The joypod comes with a picatinny adaptor that fits in the anschutz/freeland rail. If that didnt come with yours you might see if the prior owner has it or contact @seb to see if you can get one.

I think you should start with it all the way out and experiment with moving it in if you think it might track better in.

Assuming you don't have some extremely long forearm.
