Hornady has data which you can use as a guide to get started. Most shooters are looking at 140-150 gr. bullets. I would think you could easily get 3200+ with the 130s depending on barrel length and much more if you really want to push them.

Just looked up some 260 load data. RL 26 gives top velocity and good accuracy. You might start with that for hunting loads.

Re-26 is nearly perfect but then again so is:

Norma MRP
VVN-555

Re-26 hasn't been available for quite a while. Yes, someone probably has an exception but for the vast majority of shooters it is not around. I found a great supply of it by hard core searching and phone calls in 2018-19, so I still have plenty.

The Norma and VihtaVuori are just as good in my opinion. VV burns a little cooler so you might save a tiny bit of barrel life.
