Thanks Dusty, the second link got me to what I was looking for, also I see that the article was published in the June 2008 Precisions Shooting magazine which I also have a copy.

It looks like this link would give a lot of folks access to the many great articles by GS published in the Rifleman's Journal.

German is doing fine, enjoying life in Arizona. He has sold his firearms but is enjoying his new toy, a handsome blue, late-model 'Vette.

That is very good news. Last I talked with him was some years ago and he was having shoulder problems. He was one of the finest gentlemen and most scientifically oriented reloaders I ever had the pleasure of talking with. Glad he is enjoying life.
