CZ 455 22 mag Feddersen barrel

CZ 455 sporter with a Feddersen barrel, Nikon Buckmasters 4-12, Leupold rings, stock pack, limb saver slip on recoil to increase LOP, pillars in stock, re worked bolt and trigger. Indoor range ,25 yards for a zero. Hornady 33 gr V Max and CCI Maxi Mag 40 gr.

Judging by the crown, looks to be nice and square. Has the “Star” that is consistent with good shooting revolver barrels and cast bullets.

Only other ammo I shot was the Federal 50s. They grouped equally as well but about 4" lower.

How was installation of the barrel? Did you need to shim it or check headspace? I'm considering one of his sporter barrels in straight 22lr

Nothing to it. Remove old barrel install new one. Tighten set screws. No shims needed.

You will be very happy with the barrel.

The ones that say magnum are 22 mags and the other ones are 22lr.
