IBS 600 Yard Match 1 and 2 Cool Acres GA

Ok everyone Eric says everything is ready to go next weekend he has ordered nice 70 degree weather maybe a light breeze and a beautiful new 600 Yard line . We want everyone to come out to Georgia’s finest IBS sanctioned 600 benchrest range. We will open range up on Friday about noon for practice and sign ups for both match 1 and 2 as well as the Cool Acres membership it saves you $ so check it out. We are schedule to start at 8 am with saftey meeting a meeting with the man up stairs and stand and honor old glory and the men and women who make her fly . And then we will get down to business of shooting real small groups and high scores. So if you are ready for the Cool Acres challenge come on down some leave with DQ cards but some get sprinkles. See ya in Swainsboro Ga next weekend bring the best ya got cause I hear Ray is bringing the black gun that could be bad or it could be good depends on what black gun has on it’s mind .
Everyone please come on down or up to or over to Cool Acres 600 IBS I give you mine and Donna word we are going to have a good time . BRING ya SHOTGUNS to we may do a little turkey shoot afterwards to help a dear shooting friend in need .

Target is about a 6 inch circle will be set at 70 ft . Using 8s

I might have a shot gun you can use. Got a 48" barrel and a half inch choke. But it looks like a 100 year sledge hammer so nobody will say anything.

Wanna talk ill prepared, how about going with a new barrel, new firing pin with .040 less FP fall and new jackets and nothing has been tested.
It should be one interesting match results I’m sure.

Well, the original Bat M I have FP fall is .197 this new one is .240 so I had Bat machine a new cocking piece .040 shorter giving me a .200 FP fall. So guess we’ll see what happens. What better way to test and tune than at a registered match?
