You could get away with just one rifle if they came out with the ultimate all purpose 270 Creedmoor! But that doesn't help sell extra rifles.Whatever caliber anyone comes out with, as long as it has Creedmoor attached, it'll sell like hotcakes. I'm surprised Hornady hasn't jumped on the same bandwagon as Nosler with their calibers. Hornady needs to hire someone who knows marketing better. I can see it now, 17 Creedmoor, 20 Creedmoor, 22 Creedmoor, 25 Creedmoor, 284 Creedmoor, 30 Creedmoor and WHOA!! 338 Creedmoor. The fanboys will have to have the entire collection.
C'mon Hornady, you're losing a golden opportunity.View attachment 1033085
Ok guys I know I'm a newbe here but your kinda getting off topic. I own both 260 and 6.5 creedmoor. 260is a remington VTR shoots Nosler factory good enough to hunt with. Still workin up loads for better accuracy. We'll see how i do tomorrow at range.
As for the 6.5. My nephew gave me a RAP for Xmas this year for painting his drift boat.
Local store was selling them for $349.00 on sale. Brother inlaw sold me a 3x15 super sniper mil quad dm for 600 bucks. Yesterday I printed a .377" group with factory norma match 130 grain.
My tastes would have never given this rifle a second glance on the rack.
All i can say is WOW! That dog will hunt !
Agian I'm workin up loads wish i knew what Norma is packing in thier ammo.
RAP ?? Ruger American Rifle?
