Need a good laugh

I added to my description of a rifle I have on Gunbroker today, auction 745390922. If you want a good laugh at my expense look it up. It won’t let me edit it :D

I really should proof read before I hit enter.

How is that Lija "Muzzle Break"?
The Lilja does a good job. I have a Terminator T3 brake on my 338 Lapua and I haven’t had anything that does as good job as the Terminator, absolutely takes the beast out of it.

If your FFL won't ship to california you should find another FFL who doesn't play naive politics hurting only gun enthusiasts.
I understand where your coming from Carlsbad, I agree with you. Lots of good people in California. It’s just a matter of convience for me. He lives 10 minutes away and is the only FFL within 45 minutes.

The first PM that i got from you recently via email notification when we were talking about rifle scopes was in a completely different language! LOL

It's pretty simple. Why should I risk a felony by selling firearms in a state with crazed laws, numerous cutouts, and many models that are banned for no apparent reason? I need to be an FFL, AND have a law license to make sure I am not breaking California laws? Not me. I just won't do business there, and if that means the terrorist's win then so be it. The People can rise against their rulers...or not.

But to me it's a pretty easy decision to forego sales to one state and remove any possibility of having the State come after me or jeopardize my FFL.

If you want to you can go ahead and teach an online class on California firearms law, but I'll bet it will have a disclaimer somewhere that if they come after one of your students you're not responsible.

It's not to punish you or anyone else. It's a business decision not to jeopardize sales to the other 49 states because you get a beef with CA over a magazine, or a lug on a barrel, or whatever. If you want to buy whatever you want move to a state that is free and not run by cryptocommunists.

"The war has been lost." At least that's what it looks like from flyover country!

I'm the worst Ledd. I write things half ass, transcribe numbers and really should do a better job proof reading before I hit send. Guilty as charged.

Why would a "gun enthusiast" even consider living, or staying, in California? The war has been lost. Doesn't make sense. So many gun friendly states with beautiful places to live and still close to California if a person wants to still work there or go back and see family.

OK. You pack up and leave your job and family. Let me know how that works for you.

You have a very poor understanding of the laws. You risk a felony selling to DC or NYC. California has no laws on bolt action rifles.

You listen too much to the fake news. Be informed.

Are you aware that there are more republicans in California than any states other than Texas and California? You want to just discard us eh? Quit listening to the whiney liberals in Sacramento. 80% of the state, by area, is Republican.

Tell him to be more informed. Is he just too lazy to understand the law? There are 3 or 4 outspoken liberal idiots in California government who get on CNN and talk about ghost guns and make headlines as often as the can--but that is relative to AR15s. CA has a handgun roster that is a PITA. But there are no CA laws about bolt action rifles. --Jerry

Unless they changed it recently an FFL in CA can accept from an individual but if from an FFL the sending FFL has to be registered with CA

I have never bought anything and found that it couldn't be shipped to my FFL. I have received "a few" weapons from individuals and from FFLs in lots of different states. The only impact I've ever found was from people who choose not to sell to me.

I don’t tell others how to run their business. He’s a nice guy and is entitled to his opinion. I understand your point of view. You think too many are hasty in making the decision to just cut California off and in many ways I agree. I’m well aware that California has many conservatives living within it’s borders. I see the other side of things too where people get frustrated with keeping up with laws pertaining to state to state firearms transfers.

Personally I think it’s important we try to stick together and fight against the current tide sweeping many of the coastal states. In this case I don’t have the time to deal with it but appreciate what your trying to convey.
