Simple yet useful shooting accessories!

I might try the blinder. Being wrong eyed causes me to suffer from severe eye fatigue. I’ve tried a patch and glasses with the left eye blurred out with some success but taking on and off is always a pain.

We will have them at the SWN and they are only $4.95 plus $0.50 shipping. NF Competition and Vortex Golden Eagles all need the 43mm version.

I use my flip open scope cover for an eye blinder. Works pretty good. Everyone always asks me why my scope cover is on sideways lol.

Why not just close your non-shooting eye? I've never been able to shoot with both eyes open.

After years of telescope use for astronomy, I learned to close the unused eye very lightly--basically relaxed like that one is going to sleep. Not sure if that description helps anyone or not.

Squinting your non aiming/shooting eye will double the fatigue of the shooting eye weather scoped or open sighted.
A black patch/lens in your shooting glasses will do the same.

Without the required light transmission through both eyes, your brain will play tricks on you & your eyes!

When I was in school and used a monocular microscope, I had to learn to look with both eyes open or I had significant eye fatigue
With shooting, I actually shoot better with both eyes open..go figger?
