Bighorn tl3 action...best option for barrel

I will always do a shoulder over the barrel nut I can change a shoulder barrel out faster than one with a nut.I am in the process of building a backup f/tr rifle on a Tl3 right now and another barrel to play around with.

I have had the CBI barrel for a year with about 1850 rounds down the barrel. I shoot Burger 200 20X bullets at about 2640 FPS what other info do you need. I do have a new barrel on the way.

should not have closed on a nogo gauge - sounds like the barrel turned and caused you to have excess headspace.

Having a new barrel put on should have in about three weeks

Good route.. I am having a bartlein 1-10 5r Speedy contour put on my tl3 it ought to just squeak by on weight.

My gunsmith is in the hospital with the few and looks to be out for a a week or more. I reinstalled the CBI and I had over torque when I reinstalled it. I took 10 Ftlb off the torque wrench and it is shooting great again. I will save the Bartlein for later
