Pan for A&D FX120i

I just received an FX120i today and wouldn't you know, a $500. plus dollar scale with no pan! Or check weights. What pans are and check weights are you guys using and where are you getting them from? Thanks much

I use the Redding #99107, with my auto trickler, only because it is a little deeper, and contains any splash that might other wise end up on the pan.
You can grab them both on ebay, or about anywhere.

LOL....it's a lab scale, not a marketed as a reloading scale. Just use the one off your balance beam. Check weights can be found anywhere online.

I've used pill bottles for years--no splatter of granules when dispensing from a powder measure.

I use the ck weights supplied w/my Chargemaster. They are spot on.
I also use the Lyman funnel pan. It serves a two fold purpose.
I was concerned about the accuracy of the Chargemaster, so
I double ck it on the new scale, and found the CM to be very accurate

Fayette, believe it or not I'm too anal to spend so much gelt on state of the art equipment and use a cut off cottage cheese container!!! Nothing personal just big time OCD! : )

I bought a box of aluminum lab pans when I kept having some static issues with a plastic pan from another scale. Or I use the pan off the Lee scale I've had for years.

any pan will work....... just re zero to pan being used........ test weights are useful..... but get buddy with a good scale to make you one...... about/around... 50 gn.... the main thing this new scale will give you is +/- single kernal accuracy....
