Ruger 22/45 mark 3. .22lr issues....?

I have an ol 22/45 mark 3 that Ive shot ALOT... ive taken it apart, cleaned it, shot ALOT again.., cleaned it... shot ALOT more..

It was too the point I had no choice but to take it all apart, and ultrasonic clean it, pull out parts, use a pick to pick out "welded in" carbon and crud, spray out with carb cleaner, ultra sonic clean more, pick at it more...

I mean this thing was jamming, not even closing the bolt all the way, it was nasty gummed up...

I knew ok, I knew that ultra sonic cleaning it would take off the blueing, which it did, but honestly I needed to take a wire brush to parts anyway to get more crud off...

And its still not clean...

Is there a best way to reblue it all? Cerakote it all, refinish it somehow?

The birchwood casey purma blue is a joke I think, Ive already used it on it once in the past, it dont finish out great either...

Just wondering if theres a good fix for refinishing... that doesnt cost what I could buy a new one for... it'a still shoot, but good god I still gotta get it cleaned up more..

The last box of cheap federal bulk ammo did a number on this thing..

I just looked at Ruger's website for repairs and reconditioning. For $110 they will re-blue and recondition the pistol. If it has worn parts they will replace them. When you get it back it will be like new. Actually a pretty good deal!
I have a Ruger mark 3 and it is my favorite pistol to shoot....deadly accurate!
