my god, i lost the friggin main spring from one of my friggin Savage short actions. I called up friggin Savage, and the only way they will sell me a friggin $4 spring is thru my friggin FFL. I have been unable to find one thru other friggin sources and don't want a friggin Wolff extra power spring. Friggin Savage will not even send me a friggin waiver to sell the friggin spring to me. friggin attorney's no doubt. a friggin spring.

anyone got a friggin one to sell or another friggin source that has one in friggin stock?

The ball bearings from my Schwinn bicycle (front wheel)are a perfect fit and probably better quality. Found out the hard way when the detent ball bounced off the ceiling and onto places unknown.

I once lost a sear spring from a Savage LA (same as SA). I was installing it when it just disappeared into thin air never to be seen again.

Thank DT for the link. I don't have any spare SA Savage mainsprings, but thanks to DT's link I'll have some soon.
