What's your Fave 44 Magnum handgun powder?

I'm going to start loading 44 Mag after a long hiatus. Just wondering about some good powder choices. I have some Unique and thought I'd get some 2400 but wonder about other good options. Thanks

Well yes knowing those things would help wouldnt they. Lets see probably Lead-- Plinking away mostly but will try some hot loads from time to time. 6.5 barrel -- I think recoil doesnt bother me much. Thats about all I know for now. Howd you come out on the scope? Thanks

2400 is what seems to work the best for me. I have used it with jackets and straight lead, but mostly I shoot my own cast gas checked bullets. The Lyman Devastator is hard to beat, target or hunting.

Yeah but in my Desert Eagle the flame spread tends to clear indoor ranges in a hurry!

I run Lil'Gun for heavy loads. I am fortune to have smaller calibers for plinking and playing. 355 grain hard cast and checked out of a 5 1/2" Redhawk aren't fun to shoot but when you must shoot something that wants to eat you they are comforting.
