223 Match FB, Twist and barrel length for 90 GRN ?

Looking to chamber a 223 match to handle 90 VLDs. What FB, twist and barrel length will allow me optimum precision in a BR rifle for 500 yards?
All opinions welcomed!

Min 0.169 fb, min 7tw, min 30 in.

Search my id and 90vld and go into the rabbit hole. Many users here with great experience. Im FTR shooter not BR, so there may be some slight difference in opinion, but if you stay with 223R, not too many....
Can be more detailed if you wish, but already alot of discussion here.

Here is my best 300m and 600yd target. The 600y is a 25 shot string and the 9 is my cold bore sighter

DJ listen to Drew and Greg they know a little bit about the 223,they both helped me out when I built mine and that thing hammers with the 90gr vlds.It will put a smile on your face out to 600yrd.
