Picatiny mount question

Hi guys,
I have a choate rifle stock with an accessory rail on the bottom of the forearm.
I'm looking for a 4" or 6" picatiny rail I can mount on the accessory rail. So far all I can find is a short 3 section picatiny rail. Anyone know where I can find what I'm looking for..A link would be great
Thanks guys

I'm looking for some thing I don't need to machine..With mounting hardware.
You know that's a bipod rail adapter on those stocks. Your gonna have to have a rail made for it. It's dove tail style mount will require a special pic rail attachment or probably one custom made for that small female dovetail slide. I researched it a little with no luck.

Well I ordered a 4" picatiny rail, so I just need to find a place that sells the T- nuts that slip in the rail , the screws i should be able to find at the hardware store and cut to length. I think it will work( I hope) my f-class bi-pod has a quick release picatiny mount on it and I use it back and forth on 5 of my rifles..
I found this one , but I want a 4"..

Sounds like you might have it figured out. Too bad they don't make a pic rail with that small dove tail on the bottom for that style of mounting system. Hell, Choate should make them just for there own rifles. They'd sell them. Another option is drilling thru the pic rail at the point where the female mount screw holes hold it to the stock. Pull the screws out of the rail mount and attach the pic rail thru those holes. You'd have to counter sink the pic rail to flush mount the screws but it's another option.

I never thought of that..Good idea..I could get a rail section screw it to a pc of wood and push it through a table saw and cut the grooves in it..Then drill and thread the retaining screws..Spittle duracoat and done.. Aluminum is supper easy to work with even if you don't own a mill..There are many ways to skin a cat..Haha..
Maybe I will try this just to see if I can..

Guntec USA makes 5 inch long pieces of rail.

The rails are available many places but making it adaptable to that female inlet under the Choate stock forearm is another issue. Not sure why Choate doesn't offer one for their design. I like the design for adjustability for a bipod but mounting a picatinny rail is gonna be a bit tricky.

I found, completely by accident, that the old Magpul MOE attachment system fits the Choate accessory rails pretty well. The 'T-nuts' and screws are #10-24 - you just need to cut the screws to proper length or find some of the proper length.

Another way to skin that cat - a piece of aluminum bar stock .667 inches wide and 3/32" thick cut to the same length as your rail section and drilled or slotted to accommodate the screws should allow you to use the MOE rail sections right out of the bag. The bar stock fits between the rail section and the accessory rail, preventing the screws from bottoming out .
