Permalink in the daily bulletin?

What I wonder is if there is some way to bookmark an article in the bulletin so I can go back to it later. Is there a way to do that? I clicked on the permalink on some bulletin articles but don't know what it does. Thanks
 
It looks like the permalink takes you to the individual story within the bulletin. You should be able to bookmark that particular page at that point.

It seems like it I just haven't figured out where the link is located
