Gentlemen,
I'm having a rifle built(Dave Tooley), BAT action, Bix'n Andy Trigger, Bartlein 5R Barrel, McMillan Sako Varmint Stock, etc, and I cannot find a full Redding Competition Bushing Neck Die set made for the 6.5x47 Lapua... They make them for every other odd ball cartridge on the market but the likely one of the most accurate NON BENCHREST cartridges to be designed in the last 10 years does not get the same coverage as the 6.8mm Remington SPC of all things. No kidding that is the next cartridge in Category II of Redding's Die Chart and it merits a full Competition Die Set whereas the 6.5x47 Lapua does not? What am I missing here? I shoot in volume and don't think hand dies are my answer, however, I'm truly perplexed with Redding on this one... Thoughts?
