bobm: impressive crow shot!
Two of my best stories: killed a four point with a Ithaca Model 87 Deerslayer 12 gauge at officially 187 paces. 3" Federal Premium sabots, sad thing is I missed him 4 times at 50-75 yards, but he was going balls out. I was 17 years old and hadnt figured out the lead em part yet. That was 20 years ago.
This past winter killed a coyote with a 700 Classic .17 Rem Leupold 6.5-20 at 450 yards running full out straight away. The bullet entered right next to its butthole and exited (that was a surprise) at his sternum. I had to skin it to find the evidence, only 2 .17 caliber holes.
