Jon, I don't remember it ever being on the 2015 schedule; I first noticed it wasn't on the schedule back in September, when I first started paying attention to shows that far ahead, so I don't think it was cancelled, I think it was never scheduled. As I work part time for a dealer that usually does the York shows, I can offer an opinion; the December York show is most often problematic as far as sales go for many of the regular participants, though there have been the occasional exception over the past 12 years, and it just wasn't fun to always wonder if you were going to "make tables" at least, let alone make a profit. My best guess is that the Promoter (and John and his company are great people to deal with) and the majority of usual/regular participants just decided that the December York show was not worth the effort based on a cost/benefit analysis, compared to the other 3 or 4 York shows in the spring, summer and fall.
