What is the "must see"?

I live in a fairly far north part of Canada. This January I am going on a trip for work to Kentucky. I'll be driving down, and hitting Brownell's and Track of the Wolf on the way, but I'm wondering what guys would recommend as a "must see" in the Cincinnati area. I wanted to go to Kelbly's, but that's awfully far out of the way.
I can't take guns, or even ammo back to Canada(thanks ITAR!), but bits, pieces, and tools are my weakness anyway.
I spend 90% of my time on this forum in the "Gunsmithing" section.
Is there a good gunshow the second week of January that a guy needs to check out?
Thanks
JonnyO.

Swing past one of the Jungle Jim's international groceries. No guns, but a helluva lot of food you may not see very often. I doubt there is any other place like it in the entire midwest, CHI metro included.

That's the first place I think of when Cincinatti is mentioned. Not anywhere like it anywhere I've been...and I've been a few places.

If you are driving south on I-75, you will pass by the world's finest aircraft museum at Wright-Patterson AFB near Dayton. A day spent there is barely enough to see it all. Admission is free.
OGCA (Ohio Gun Collectors) is in Wilmington, Ohio on January 13 & 14. 600 tables but you need a sponsor (me?) to get in.

Restaurants: Downtown Cincy
Montgomery Inn Boathouse, Jeff Ruby's near Fountain Square. All kinds of Casinos. Lawrenceburg, IN. S Lebanon , OH has a gun store called the Country Attic.
The Super Bass Pro shops is under Construction. Once bullt the old Bass Pro and Cabelas will be closed. It may be finished by then. Kelblys is about 4 hours northeast and an amazing trip. I would go to Buffalo Trace for bourbon, about 2 hours south.
3.5 hours South is Cumberland Falls. Lawrenceburg, IN about 45 minutes away is a nice trip.

I went to Track of the Wolf years ago. There was nothing there to see, no retail store just a warehouse. Things may have changed, dunno.

Thanks for ideas, guys!
We did the aircraft museum in Dayton last time we were down. Absolutely amazing!
Walked my legs of and still didn't see it all.
We will be staying in Florence, Kentucky, just across the river from Cincinnati, so I will have to go check out the Country Attic(thanks 6BRA).
Jungle Jim's is also added to the list.
Heading home on the 11, otherwise I would likely take you up on the offer, Herzo.
I'm a teetotaler, so the distilleries are not for me!

Well, not gun-related, but you "must" try some Cincinnati Chili. Go to Skyline Chili. I predict you'll love it or hate it. No middle ground . . . .

Country Attic has a new unused stagecoach inside of it brought it out of South Dakota. Worth the visit..just to see the coach!

The Ohio Gun Collector show is January 13-
14. I would go to Dixie Gun Works if you are wanting to spend all day digging through gun stuff. They have a lot of stuff in the store.

The "side-trip" to Kelby's would be well worth the drive . Besides the tour of the place , by Jim , Ian , or another family member , you'll feel like you've been adopted by the time you leave . Nicest people I've ever dealt with .
