Yet another trigger question .........

I have an action with a bolt release on the side.

Can i run a trigger that has the bottom bolt release and just remove the bolt release, since it is already on the action?????

Borden action, Bix `N Andy Trigger.........

Will this cause any problems??????

You should be able to. My Bix N Andy or Jewell has no bolt release. Matt

Check the striker to sear timing if you are changing the trigger group from what was received from Jim Borden.
OR
Send the action/bolt assy & trigger group to Jim Borden to eliminate any issues.

Thanks Dan,

Yes, the plan is to gather the parts and send them to Jim for timing and installation, i just don`t think it`s necessary to have redundant bolt releases.....
