XP-100 load data 223

I have a new to me XP 100 w/14 inch barrel and 14 twist rate headed my way. I NEED LOAD DATA PLEASE

The Hornady load book has a section for the 223 in a 14" Contender. This should give you a good starting point. I have had good results with AA 2200 in my 14" Contender.

No longer have one, but I also used AA2200 in my XP100 in .223. Used with 50 through 55 grain bullets. Accurate, good velocities and easy to meter. Still use the same powder in my .223 rifle.
