xp-100 action rifle build

I have an xp-100 in 7mmBR with a Shilen barrel, pistol) that shoots pretty good, better than I can see open sights with, but I'm a rifle shooter.
So with that size bolt face what would you build and why?
Also I am looking for something that is easy to load, don't need special "one of" type of dies, no fire forming, no neck turning, great barrel life, and great all around long range target/varmit/ maybe even short to mid range deer rifle that isn't tempermental on weather changes.

I would have no problem shooting a 7mm BR in a XP 100 rifle, but then I wouldn't have a problem with a 6br either, I don't have one with my 25/284 XP100 rifle either......
So many choices and not enough time is the only real problem here....

The only thing I can possibly knock off on the 7br is the fact not enough engine room for the heavy high bc bullets to be competitive with the small 6br.
If i understand this right you can shoot the lighter bullets out of a fast twist rifle, for varmit shooting) and then shoot the heavier bullets for competition and basically have two guns in one, the lighter bullets may not be as accurate as they would with slower twist but still for moderate ranges should be ok.

Another project I am looking into is the 6mmAR for my AR15, it looks sweet.

Don't think for a minute that the lighter weight bullets in a fast twist barrel are not as accurate as the heavy weights..
One of my 6mm AI's with a 8 twist shoot the 80 Fowlers as good as the 105 A-max.
Also don't let the available engine room in the 7br fool you any, with a 120 grain BT
stuck in it, it will do the job on any varmint or mid range deer you want to shoot....

I'll have to go along with what DocEd said. The 6BR with a 10 twist will stabilize up to about 90 grain bullets, plenty of power for those, and still have the capability of great accuracy. With a throat of about .030" to .040", it'll handle most anything. What will make the 6MM shine over the 7MM is the quality of bullets available.

Steve,

If you throat it as Wayne said it should work great for the 95 gr VLD Berger as well. I have done very well at 1000yds with them. They work great in a 10 twist. Also you can run a 100gr Nosler Par for deer. I use them in my 6BRX, works great for deer. The 6BRX will give you a little more speed, but you have to Fire form.

That 6.5 creedmoor has my interset up.
if what they say is true then the only down fall is brass longevity.
I'm not sure if necking up 243 brass would work since the shoulder length is shorter, or necking down 7mm-08).
From what I understand but not certain, the case OAL is 1.92 with a .370 length neck, that puts the neck to shoulder region at 1.55, that is where the shoulder to body region is on 308 base brass like the 243, so what is the shoulder to body region on the 6.5 creedmore??? 1.4xxx???
