Just buttoned up my latest XP-100 chambered for the 338/284 Winchester...
Had a lot of small pieces of Walnut and Maple to short for rifles so I decided to glue em all together and carve out a rear grip stock for one of my XP's... I've been at that all winter, and just sprayed the last Auto-clear coat on it Friday.. Finished up the metal work yesterday, and cut a seater die for it. Using a opened up .284 Redding full length bushing die with 338 caliber bushing for sizing. The barrel is a straight 1.250--20" SS SM Pac-Nor 10 twist, and the trigger is a Kelby..
I have one of my old 4x12 Burris Compacts on it for now...
When the rain backs off I'll see if it will shoot...
Lots of 180 Ballistic Tips just waiting for the weather to behave..
