Wycliffe 76 in 22 Hornet

Apparently the Wycliffe 76 will shoot!
I installed a new Leupold EFR 6.5-20 ( ran out of downward adjustment range so I'm stuck with a 3" @100 zero (ends up being 1/4" high at 200 yards) who makes a scope with only 40 moa of adjustment in 2025?

Best load tested was 12.3 gr H110 under a 35 grain.Vmax and a Remington 6 1/2 primer in Hornady cases....
Cheers, Eric

Nice looking rifle and scope sir. I have a Browning 1885 in 22 K-hornet that also shoots great. I’ve never had a rifle or mounts that far off, but would recommend you change the rings to Burris signature zee with offset inserts. You can easily correct the misalignment for useful scope adjustment.

I've never had one off that far either, but the Leupold EFR scopes are apparently notorious for bottoming out on adjustment ( only 40 moa of total elevation) with cartridges of the smaller caliber variety (22LR, 22 Mag, 22 Hornet, etc)
Ended up ordering a set of Burris Turn in signature rings and a set of +-10 MOA inserts. With my scope ring distance it'll give me around 12" of additional adjustments range

Mystery Solved:
At some point, the previous owner installed a shim under the rear base ( very skillfully, as it was not detectable without removing the scope mounts. This discovery was of course after I had ordered Burris Rings with posi align inserts. Regardless, I'm using the new rings, and have removed the shim.... Cheers
