They do not look like Kelbly's

They fit Kelbley dovetail. The side allen screws and top screws use same 2 different adjustment allen head wrenches as Kelbleys. So I'm pretty darn sure they are . What leads you to believe they are not?

they are Harrell's,
Kelbly's never made offset rings to my knowledge.
To verify if made by Kelbly's show a pic of both sides of the rings,Kelbly's will have numbers stamped.
For what it is worth--no offenses implied,just trying to help with proper identification.
