Got this from a F-Class/Palma shooter who has left the game. Per this thread https://forum.accurateshooter.com/threads/rfi-farley-coaxial-rest.4100585/ it looks like a Farley rest with a space base instead of the regular base, possibly a Gen 2 with the updated aluminum bag holder and Delrin ear tensioners but with the old-style T-feet instead of rounded billet aluminum knobs.
