WTK Torque specs for Ruger 10/22

I've asked this question before and I still have not gotten a definitive answer. What is the torque specs for screwing the bolts that tighten the V block which holds the steel barrel into the aluminum receiver? I know that you can get it way too tight, but there has to be a setting that is "just right".
Thanks,
Craig

I don't know if there's a recommended value or not, but considering the receiver is aluminum I don't think I'd go over 12-15 in/lb. Doesn't take much force to strip out aluminum.

If you are not aware of this site, lots of info here about the 10/22.

They say 12-14 in/lb.
