I thought i should post this before considering buying new or making my own, I prefer the daisy wheel type or some other spinning fan arrangement, looking for 1/2 a dozen.

The colored film that he offers as an option, does not fade. A lightweight pinwheel is nice, but a daisy works like a flywheel. Slow to start ans slow to lose speed.

But if you don't want to spend a lot of money, I bought a set of the Orlando flags they are very nice. My flags only lasted 2 years with a lot of rough handling . but the stakes and poles are still going. I liked them and may buy some more.
