WTB 280 Rem and reloading parts

Hi everyone. Im trying to get a reloading kit put together for my buddy out in Montana as a Christmas gift to ship to him. Im donating a press that ive had for awhile and don't really use, a couple funnels, and deburring tool. I was hoping to put a lower cost kit together for him. Basic scale, the one die set i know he'll need, basic trimmer, cheap hand priming tool, etc. He's not an accuracy nut so as long as its capable of putting decent loads together. This is what im on the hunt for. Just the basics, and doesn't have to be perfect.

280 Rem dies (Redding or Rcbs preferred)
Powder scale
Decent reloading manual (somewhat current)
Hand priming tool
A set of shell holders, or one for 280 .473 i believe
Something to trim his brass
