Writing ads

Could everyone please use some kind of proper writing skills? I have seen several ads that are near incomprehensible due to the lack of commas, periods & even spaces.
If you are going to go to the trouble to list something please read what you typed before posting. I make grammatical errors all the time but if I have multiple items for sale at least you can tell when one ends and another begins. I just tried to read an ad where somebody has multiple barrels for sell, couldn’t even tell you how many due to combining sentences, lack of spaces, no commas etc., .... made my head hurt so I moved on. Maybe this is some form of texting like my kids do that I just can’t catch onto?
OK, rant over, sorry.
Kevin

I just skip right over the stuff that I don’t want to read and don’t give it a second thought. At work I can make a bunch of folks operate up to my standards. On the internet not so much. No sense fretting over it.

Just remember: A lot of those unreadable ads are written by a Nigerian scammer!;)
The way a seller puts together an ad tells you a great deal about them and their habits. Sloppy is how Sloppy does! Would you by a barrel from someone that doesn't know how to spell barel?

Nor would I buy a barrel from him. :D

I have learned in internet selling, that you cant
write the perfect ad. No matter how well you describe
the item, there will always be someone who will
find a loophole to ask a question. In most cases its
not that they want to make a purchase, its what
this person does for recreation.
The perfect example of this: Is this item still for sale.
My reply,"yes", but you never hear from him again.
It just goes w/the territory. LDS

The worst are the ones where you need a dentist to pull out the information and then only after ten posts do you have enough to know exactly what's for sale. :(
when I post an ad , I try to put it in one post,so as not to take up 2 full pages.I'm fixing to post some CREEDMORE brass,,YOU WANT IT,,

What gets me is WEIGHT, people selling comp. guns hardly ever put in the weight of the gun...kind of important too me. Bad grammar I can work around but can't tell if it's 10.5 vs 13.5 class with out it in the Add.
