World Open in Williamsport this weekend

Match is 7/8 & 7/9. Three target aggregate in each class for the first time ever! I’m hearing three LG targets on Saturday and three HG targets on Sunday. I’m getting excited. Surprised there hasn’t been much discussion about it because rumor has it there have been lots of guns signed up.

Chips have been drawn. Relays are set for both days. I heard there are around 80 or 90 rifles in each class but that may not be accurate. Hopefully someone will post the actual number. Cell service is nonexistent at the range so unless we get a Wi-Fi signal, it will be tough to post results during the match.

97 light guns. Third light gun match, relay 4 shooting now. There have been few decent relays but most have had switchy winds, with some worse than others. Still, there have been some 3” groups and 100 scores. Match is moving right along and running smoothly. The gang here at Williamsport is doing a great job.
