I really hate to hear that, Williamsport is the icon of thousand - yard benchrest, that's primarily how all of our organizations got started in shooting thousand-yard long range.

I would be lying if I didn’t say I was more than a bit frustrated. I always try to tell the match directors thanks but I guess I will have to use this experience to make me even more appreciative of each match I do get to shoot in the future.

Truly my favorite event of the year, I'm going to really miss it but I know this was a very difficult decision for the board to make for a whole bunch of reasons but I trust the decision and my hats off to those who had to make it.

It’s really a sad day. It’s a crazy world we are currently living in when I feel safer traveling to Williamsport than going to my local grocery store. I respect and understand the decision made by the board. Today here in Pa many counties including mine have decided enough is enough and plan on moving into the yellow phase of the Governor’s plan. Maybe the northern tier counties will follow suit and move to green.

I’m not yet giving up hope. I’m positive that the professionalism and maturity level of my fellow club mates far exceeds those who are hoarding TP at the grocery store.

This is my freedom, being able to compete with it is not. Clubs are business, they will have to protect and implement policies to protect their clients. This doesn’t have to be a total shutdown. I have no problem wearing a mask to shoot. Keeping 6’ of separation just means that fellow competitors can’t look over my equipment. HaHa.

I personally don't feel there is a threat in a outdoors event such as ours.
You can clean off the tailgate or whoever is on your cleaning table have them on a different relay there is ways to work around this virus crap.

I have three stents as well Joe, I think it comes from the stress caused by that demon wind at Williamsport.
