Wolf primers

I've read that Wolf primers are more consistent delivering smaller groups when compared to other primers?
Can anyone tell me if these primers make a difference for group size?
I can't get these locally and don't know if there's enough difference to pay hazemat fee?
Any help would be appreciated!

I'm not getting smaller groups with Tula (same as Wolf). I'm getting more consistent velocity. Fromteh best I can tell, my 300 yard groups are pretty much identical, but the SD definately did reduce when compared to BR-2's. Are they worth a Hazmat fee just for 1k primers? Not in my opinion, but they would be well worth tossing into the box with your next powder order.

Be forewarned: Russian primers can be difficult to seat properly, and their rounded cup profile makes the situation worse.

Thanks for the reply's everyone, seems like they might be worth trying!
Next time I need to order powder (that I can't get around here I'll order a couple thousand!
