Wolf primers & AR?

I have a chance to share an order of wolf primers. The problem is I've heard the Wolf small rifle primer is too soft for the ar with it's floating firing pin, slam fires? Which one should I get, the primers spec'd for the .223?, Product # NC223.

The 'regular' small rifle primers are soft as pistol primers.

The Small Rifle Magnum primers are great and hold up well. I use them almost exclusively in my 6mmBR and 223 AR's.

Thanks for the information, I'll try to get the SMR primers. My loads in the AR-15 are moderate targets loads out to 300 yards.
