James Phillips, who holds the IBS 600-yd group record and was recently interviewed on 6mmBR.com showed this result of testing his .222 Rem both with and without flags.
JP: "Here is a example of the difference in using wind flags and not. This set of targets I shot this am with Wind Flags. Then,in photo 2) I went and loaded up the [24.0 gr load] and shot w/o flags.
