Winchester Model 70 in 7MM WSM - New Haven CT

I am about to purchase a used win model 70 featherweight made in New Haven CT that is chambered in 7MM WSM. This will be a hunting rifle. Can anyone recommend a good model 70 rifle smith that could accurize this rifle for a fair price?

I'd reconsider the Win 70 purchase-
The bastardized bolt face on the WSM's is an-abortion to say the least.

No wonder they finally closed the doors!

I heard the 7 WSM was being discontinued. Factory ammo may be impossible to find.
