Winchester 94 Commemorative Restoration Help Needed

I picked up a Oliver Winchester Model 94 commemorative in 38-55 that the guy had stored in his garage, it's never been fired and internally it looks perfect but externally it has rust and rust pits all over it. Any recommendations on who might be able to restore this? I know it won't be perfect but I'd like it better than it is. Thanks

You would be surprised what you can do with steel wool, oil and cold blueing. As stated above, a full restoration will probably exceed the value of the rifle.

A guy at our club had Turnbull do his grandfather's Win mdl 12. It was beautiful. He shot trap with it. To him it was all about the sentimental value not the price.
