Win SRPs

Saw some Win small rifle primers, #41,for 5.56, for $8.99 per 100 at Academy. Don't really need them but has anyone used them? Do they have a harder cup like Tula SRM primers?

Yes - to prevent slam fires.

I have used them for my AR-15 and for bolt action .223 - no problems!

Wow. I've never seen those. I love the regular WIN SR primers for general purpose AR ammo.

I'd love to find some and see if they're as squirrely as CCI's current #41s

Last I had heard ; Winchester had the current contract with Lake City , so my guess is that you'd find that same Win #41 primer in LC ammo , too .
