Win 41 primers blowing out again

I guy on another forum is having issues with new stock Win 41 milspec primers blowing out at the radius of the primer like they were a few years back. Popping a little pin hole and torching the bolt face. He had it happen in 223 and 300blk

Better be careful if you have any of the new 41 primers.

The lot number of the primers is WCL23F002-740

Had same problem years ago with Rem 7 1/2. They had switched to a 2 legged anvil. Can't see that the cup was changed so the two legs must have distributed the pressure differently? Still have a carton left, use em in my lightly loaded rounds in an old upper with a well used bolt with no problems. How many legs on the anvil in the Win 41 primers?

I bought these Winchester 41 primers last year to use in my short range light bullet BRA loads. Have never had a primer fail yet.

Very interesting, I have used Winchester primers, along with other brands and never had a issue with the Winchester ones, over the years.

Top Brass is all remanufactured military brass I believe. IMO use commercial brass. First choice is Lapua.
