how's come wilson seaters are so hard to get bullets out of? No matter what bullet, once I have it seated i then have to use a small bladed screwdriver to get loaded round out which ends of messing up rim on brass.

Anybody have any ideas how to help this?

Sounds like it's the brass you're having trouble with ... not the bullet.

Are you Full Length Sizing each and every time you reload or are you neck sizing only most of the time?

If you aren't full length sizing [all the time] you're letting the case body continue to expand. If you let it expand beyond normal proportions it's not going to slide in and out of the seater's body chamber with ease.

If your brass is at full expansion to fit your chamber I would lightly open the die body by polishing it out with at least 280 grit silicon carbide sand paper they use for car paint prep also known as wet or dry.I take a dowel and slot it and wrap the paper trimmed to size and chuck the die body in a lathe or drill press with an adaptor I made and take alittle out of the body diameter,problem solved.Dont polish so big that it wont center the cartridge in the die anymore.I hope this helps.

If it is vacuum, just pull the top/stem out a bit and it should release.
