Wilson Bullet Seater causing ring on ogive of certain .308 bullet

I'm seating some 155gr Scenars and I'm getting a good ring on the ogive. Any suggestions on what I can do myself or should I just send a bullet to Wilson and have them make me a custom stem for them? Yes it's a compressed load.

FYI I do not get this ring with the Berger 175 OTM or the Berger 185 LRBT.

You might want to back off on the neck tension a bit and see if the problem goes away. . .

It could be the neck tension but it could also be because he is using a compressed load - that is added pressure on top of neck tension.

I talked with Wilson today and it turns out this is a common problem with bullets shaped like the scenars and VLDs. So common that Wilson makes VLD stems for their seaters.

So I ordered one.

FYI I use the same neck tension and compressed loads with other bullets and do not get these marks. It's the shape of the ogive NOT the pressure.
