Williamsport 1000 YD New LG Record

I would like to congratulate Bob Shields for being the first shooter to break the 7" mark at Williamsport for the Light Gun 10 match group agg. with a 6.9098". He also shot a 6 match agg. of 5.8402". That is some great shooting.

Yes he did a fantastic job. He also won 2 gun shooter of the year and light gun shooter of the year.. He won both light gun group aggregates and the 6 match score aggregate. It was his first win in aggregates. Also winning for the first time was John Stahl who won the 10 match score aggregate in light gun. Another first time winner was Tilden Kuhns, 10 match heavy gun score aggregate, 6 match group aggregate and heavy gun Shooter of the Year. Wayne Burrows won 10 match heavy gun group. These guys are all my buddies and I wanted to congratulate them on their great year. Matt

What I thought was neat was every aggregate but 1 was won by somebody when never won before. The only repeat winner was the 6 match score in heavy gun. Which was won by Jay Berger. Maybe your turn next year Dave. Matt

Just for the record Bob and John were using Eazor bullets. Matt

I shoot Eazor if you haven't tried them you should that is all I shot in my 6mm and 6.5 good guy too deal with and he will have them to you fast not like the others give him a try the best bullets I have ever shot just open them up and load them there is no use in checking them
