I learned that former director of the SE region, Mr. Wilbur Harris has passed away. He also started the Benchrest Central website and was a great promoter of Benchrest shooting. We are diminished with the passing of this fine gentleman.

RIP...... It is always very sad to hear or read posts of people who have left us that has dedicated their life towards helping others, creating, enhancing and developing products ect so we all can strive to have and do better at what we love to do. I really hope their are many in our younger generation and now following in the foot steps of these great people that have helped us get to where we are today.

I enjoyed our conversations, he helped me out with some good common sense suggestions when I was getting started........Here is one......Buy yourself a set of folding table legs and attach them to a 2'x4' piece of plywood and take it with you to all your matches to work off of.....I listened & it worked out great........R.I.P.
