The ruger scope blocks do not need to be removed to shoot open sight making it more convenient to remove /install scopes. Brass and dies included. 2 sets of Ruger rings 1 " & 30 mm included. Now that's how a bolt action handgun should be made......left bolt left port.

Also the actions are early CNC produced. The bolt is a much closer fit than an XP. Trigger is also very light measured in ounces. Bruce
