Why should i like RCBS?

The primer arm on my 40+ year old Rockchucker has failed. I sent a request to RCBS asking for a price on a replacement; their response? They will replace it under warranty.
A small thing, a big company!!

No surprise at all. The amazing thing to me is they have been like this since 1964 that I know of. That's some run.

I don’t even live in the US.
I have enquired about a part, broken, lost or just not in the box.
No questions asked and a new replacement arrives in the mail.
Best customer service I have ever dealt with.

My favorite thing about RCBS is that I’ve never had to use their customer service. Nice knowing how good they are if that day should ever come

I broke one of their inertia bullet pullers with a glancing blow. I called to order a replacement They insisted that they replace it free of charge. I had a new one in a week. I explained it was my fault, they explained it was the way they do business. A very great company!!!!

Customer service is amazing they replaced a handle on my very old JrII free of charge. I offered to pay they would not have it. Great product , great service how can you go wrong? If you are a "newbie" start with a Green press you might keep it for life.

I'm mixed. Perfect CS for 30 years or so. Parts replaced when needed etc...then I ordered a bullet seater die. They shipped the wrong die and I returned it as instructed etc. 3 months later after way too many calls they admitted they shipped the replacement to me at a wrong address. Bottom line..I now have 3 of the dies in my room, and need one. BUT they fixed the problem without an issue. I rate them at 4.5 of 5 since they did work it out.

The only issue I had in over 35 years was my own fault. After talking with RCBS and explaining I was responsible, they insisted it was covered under warranty and my part was delivered a couple days later. That's why I only buy RCBS!!
